Soft, calming, and beautifully earthy, Julie’s Stormy Lavender is a handcrafted cold process soap made with nourishing plant oils, rich butters, creamy goat milk, aloe, colloidal oats and pure lavender essential oil.
One of the very first soaps I ever created, this bar has been waiting patiently for its moment to make its debut. Its unique, stormy coloring comes from alkanet root powder, a natural botanical colorant that gives the soap its beautiful moody appearance.
The creamy lather is made with a luxurious blend of olive oil, coconut oil, sweet almond oil, shea butter, and cocoa butter, with castor oil added to help create a rich, bubbly experience. Goat milk powder, aloe and kaolin clay add to the silky feel of this handcrafted bar.
The result is a beautiful, old-fashioned style soap with a gentle lavender aroma and a unique botanical look that makes every bar one of a kind.
